The Bonzo Finance Labs team is regularly optimizing its front-end, squashing bugs, and implementing feedback to ensure a great end user experience. It's still possible for errors to occur — if you've encountered an error using the Bonzo Finance front-end application, such as failing transactions, please follow the instructions found below to remediate. If you still experience issues, please join the official Bonzo Finance Discord server and open a support ticket.
Desktop Browser + Chrome Extension (HashPack, Kabila)
Close any other windows / tabs that have SaucerSwap, Bonzo Finance, etc. active
Disconnect wallet
Disconnect all Bonzo Finance wallet connection(s) [globe icon on top right of wallet interface]
Clear the browser's cache for https://app.bonzo.finance (or clear the entire cache)
Quit the browser application
Re-open the browser application
Re-connect wallet
Attempt transaction again
⏰ Additional Check: Some users have experienced transaction failures due to the clock on their machine / device not being in-sync with the actual time — please ensure that your system's time reflects the accurate time.

Close any other windows / tabs that have SaucerSwap, Bonzo Finance, etc. active
Disconnect wallet
Disconnect all Bonzo Finance wallet connection(s) [globe icon on top right of wallet interface]
Clear the browser's cache for https://app.bonzo.finance (or clear the entire cache)
Quit the browser application
Re-open the browser application
Re-connect wallet
Attempt transaction again

Close any other windows / tabs that have SaucerSwap, Bonzo Finance, etc. active
Disconnect wallet
Disconnect all Bonzo Finance wallet connection(s) [globe icon on top right of wallet interface]
Force quit the mobile wallet
Re-open the mobile wallet
Visit https://app.bonzo.finance (or tap Bonzo Finance in dapp marketplace)
Re-connect wallet
Attempt transaction again
